RX-END Gundam The End Ori.V - Uncovered

Now. I'm not the world's biggest Gundam Build Fighter fan, particularly because i liked Gunpla Builders more. But that's not why i'm here now. What i want to talk about is one of it's gundam design, particularly the Gundam The End. Like the series, i'm not a fan of it. Not liking it all in fact. I don't even get why people liked it, since i can't find the charm of it. Though i certainly get the idea what the designer's trying to do, or achieve, at least. But i didn't care much enough back then - that is however, until i found out who the said designer is. Junya Ishigaki. Damn Junya Ishigaki! This is the guy that pretty much blew my mind with his designs, thus became my most favorite mechanical designer, and i still can't believe that this is his work! Not because it's bad or what, but because this is so not like him/s. To give you an idea, i've made a picture containing his previous works to his The End.

As you can see, when compared side-by-side, the The End just doesn't blend anywhere in it. Junya's style is known for having shapes that are simple-yet-complex, yet in this, i have to wonder "what the hell happened?". The The End may got the 'simple' part, but it just looked too generic. Plain even. It's also very confusing, due to a couple of very basic concept designs as well:

- If it was meant to be weird/freaky/scary looking, why give it a revolver? Even worse, the robe makes it look like a cowboy instead.
- Why would a strong-brute like Adou Saga - it's pilot - rely so much on, well, just Fangs? In fact, why would it need one?

So you can guess, basically this is the same story as to why i make Gundam Harute Ori.V (orihalchon.deviantart.com/art/…) : because i didn't like it lol But a little bit different this time around. Unlike Harute Ori.V that is based on re-imagining a MS that fits with Hallelujah's - the pilot - style, i've re-imagined The End Ori.V into Junya's proper style. Or at least, i think so heheh

So. The changes. More on the details later, but basically, i didn't like it's covered mode. So i tweaked the wing configurations. I got the idea to make that huge 'bunny ears-like' shape from Spawn's collar, to give it a collar and a throne/crown like, adding some intimidation to it. Overall, i make it looked much larger/wider/taller than the original The End, to add the sense of heavypower-ness even further, differentiate it from Transient-Portent more clearly.

Armaments:
- Dead End Reaper, have 2 configurations; Scythe mode, and Sword mode
- Dead End Fang, have 3 abilities; Dead End Finger, Dead End Claw, and Dead Ending
- Dead Ender, hidden inside the torso's mouth
